Take a breath.

If you’re reading this, please stop for just the briefest of moments. Close your eyes, and take a nice deep breath, audibly exhaling out the mouth.

Welcome to meditation. If you can breathe, you can do it.

I don’t believe there is one way to do it. Whether it’s through guided meditations, music, mantras, or literally counting the breaths: if you can slow that head space noise and get quiet, you’re doing it right.

5 Minute Morning Meditation

Start your day with some deep breaths. Feel into your body. Together, we’ll set an intention for the day ahead and seal it with the breath.

 

10 Minute Breath Break.

If you have ten minutes, tune in to take a breath and quiet the mind. Slow down. If you don’t have time, listen to it twice.
